GB/T 14905-2009 Rubber and plastics hoses—Determination of adhesion between components
GB/T 14905-2009 Rubber and plastics hoses—Determination of adhesion between components
Basic Information
Scope
The adequate adhesion between the various layers of the hose is the basis for the hose's proper functioning during use. This standard specifies the method for determining the adhesion strength between the inner lining and the reinforcing layer, the outer covering and the reinforcing layer, the reinforcing layers themselves, the outer covering and the outer lining (a thin layer located outside the outer covering that serves a protective function), and the inner lining and the lining insert (a thin layer located inside the inner lining that reduces fluid penetration into the inner lining). This standard applies to hoses of all sizes and includes the following types of hose structures:
——Woven fabrics;
——Braided fabrics;
——Knitted fabrics;
——Round-woven fabrics;
——Fabric windings;
——Tarpaulins;
——Steel wire braiding;
——Steel wire windings;
——Spiral wire reinforcements.
