Scope

This part of GB/T 32076 and GB/T 32076.1 specifies quenched and tempered flat washers for high-strength bolt and nut assemblies with a specification of 12 mm to 36 mm and a large hexagonal series preload. The flat washers produced in accordance with this part can only be used below the nut support surface. Note: To obtain satisfactory results, it is very important to ensure the correct use of the washers. For the correct method of use, please consult or refer to the relevant specifications. This part is applicable to high-strength bolt and nut assemblies for industrial and civil buildings, bridges, tower structures, boiler steel structures, lifting machinery, and other steel structures. Appendix A provides a description of two application types of European steel structure bolt and nut assemblies.
