JG/T 221-2007 Copper tube convector
JG/T 221-2007 Copper tube convector
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models and markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of convective radiators (hereinafter referred to as convective radiators) with copper pipes and aluminum fins as heat dissipation elements.
This standard applies to convective radiators in industrial and civil buildings that use hot water as the heat medium. The working pressure of convective radiators is 1.0 MPa; the temperature of the heat medium is not higher than 95℃; the pH value of the heat medium is 7~12, and the chloride ion (Cl-) and sulfate ion (SO4-) are not more than 100 mg/L, respectively. Other indicators should comply with the provisions on the water quality of heating systems in GB 1576 and HG/T 3729 standards according to the water supply situation of the heating system.
