Scope
This part of GB/T 14999 specifies the methods for evaluating fracture porosity and fracture layering using comparative methods and qualified limit picture methods.
This part is applicable to the inspection of fracture porosity and fracture layering in hot-rolled rods of deformed high-temperature alloys with a diameter of not less than 16 mm. The inspection of fracture porosity and fracture layering in rods of other types can be referred to for implementation.
