Scope
This document specifies the basic conceptual framework and general technical requirements for non-excavation repair of underground water supply pipe networks using plastic piping systems, including the performance requirements for pipes, fittings, and accessories in Phases M and I, as well as the technical and quality requirements for the construction and acceptance stages. This document applies to the production of plastic pipes, fittings, and accessories for the repair of underground water supply pipe networks, as well as the construction and acceptance of inner lining systems. This document does not apply to the original pipe bodies, non-structural spray coating layers, or the gap-filling materials between the inner lining and the original pipes.
