Scope
本文件规定了下列管道用的硫化橡胶密封圈材料要求:
a) 冷饮用水(50 ℃以下)供应管道;
b) 排水、污水及雨水管道(不超过45 ℃的连续流动水和不超过95 ℃的间歇流动水)。
本文件规定的各种密封圈的标识是根据密封圈的型式、应用及要求确定的。
本文件也规定了成品密封圈的一般要求。由于管道接口的性能与密封圈材料性能、密封圈几何形状及接口设计相关,相关产品标准还规定了特定应用场景所需的额外要求。本文件旨在适当的情况下与规定接口性能要求的产品标准一起使用。
本文件适用于铸铁管道、钢管道、陶瓷管道、水泥管道、钢筋水泥管道、塑料管道及玻璃纤维增强塑料管道等所有管道接口密封圈。
本文件适用于复合的或非复合的橡胶密封圈的弹性体部分。对于材料的硬度为76 IRHD~95 IRHD之间的复合密封圈,只有橡胶直接参与密封或要求密封长期稳定时才适用拉断伸长率、压缩永久变形及应力松弛要求。
本文件也适用于以闭孔发泡橡胶材料作为密封圈一部分的接口密封圈。
