Scope

本文件规定了金属基体上工程用铜电镀层的标识、要求、试验方法及抽样检验。
本文件适用于工程用途的铜电镀层，如在热处理零件表面起阻挡作用的铜电镀层，钢管焊接时起钎焊作用的铜电镀层，拉拔加工起减磨作用的铜电镀层，作镀锡底层防止基体金属扩散的铜电镀层，用于电子电路中的电磁干扰（EMI）屏蔽的铜电镀层以及接插件的铜电镀层。
本文件不适用于装饰性用途的铜电镀层（面镀层）和作为其他装饰性镀层的底层的铜电镀层，也不适用于电铸铜。
