Scope
This document specifies the marking, technical requirements, test methods, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of hydraulic belt winding devices (hereinafter referred to as belt winding devices) for belt conveyors. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of retractable belt conveyors used in coal mines and non-coal mines. The design, manufacture, and inspection of belt winding devices used in other places may be carried out with reference to this document.
