Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for corrosion-resistant alloy composite bends with a nominal diameter of DN 150 to DN 800 and a bending radius of R≥5D used in pipeline transportation systems in the oil and gas industry, including design, geometric dimensions, materials, manufacturing processes, technical requirements, inspection methods, NDT, surface quality and defect repair, marking, transportation and protection.
This standard applies to transportation pipelines and process pipelines in the oil and gas industry that transport single-phase or multi-phase fluids such as oil, gas, and water containing corrosive media using corrosion-resistant alloy composite bends. It can also be used as a reference in other fields.
