Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for detecting the residues of avermectin drugs in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of epilinomycin, avermectin, doramectin, and ivermectin residues in bovine liver and bovine muscle. The detection limit of this standard method for epilinomycin, avermectin, doramectin, and ivermectin is 1.5 μg/kg.
