RB/T 123-2018 Energy management systems—Certification requirements for thermal production and supply

Scope

This standard specifies the certification requirements for the energy management system of heat production and supply enterprises.
This standard applies to the certification of the energy management system of heat production and supply enterprises, and can be used by heat production and supply enterprises to establish, implement, maintain, and improve their energy management system. It can also serve as a basis for relevant parties to evaluate the energy management system of heat production and supply enterprises.
The energy management activities of high-temperature and high-pressure steam production and power generation processes in cogeneration enterprises, and the management activities of supplying heat through heat exchangers using lower-quality steam extracted after the steam turbine has done work, are applicable to this standard.
