Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of volumetric refrigeration compression and condensation units (hereinafter referred to as "units").
This standard applies to volumetric refrigeration compression and condensation units using R717, R22, R32, R134a, R404A, R407C, R407E, R410A, and R744 as refrigerants. Volumetric refrigeration compression and condensation units using other refrigerants may be implemented in accordance with this standard.
