Scope

This standard specifies the measurement requirements, measurement and inspection procedures, measurement and inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency of general-purpose centrifugal and axial flow ventilators, centrifugal induced draft fans for industrial steam boilers, centrifugal supply fans and induced draft fans for power station boilers, axial flow ventilators for power stations, and centrifugal ventilators for air conditioning (hereinafter referred to as ventilators).
This standard does not apply to special-structure and special-purpose ventilators such as jet ventilators, cross-flow ventilators, and roof ventilators.
This standard applies to the measurement and supervision of the energy efficiency of ventilators. Commissioned inspections can be conducted in accordance with this standard, and units that produce and sell ventilators can also conduct inspections in accordance with this standard.
The ventilators subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by the seller.
