Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the pour point of petroleum products. This standard is applicable to liquid fuels (such as diesel, biodiesel blended fuels) and lubricating oils, among other petroleum products. In this standard, the automatic micro-pour point tester is only suitable for the determination of samples of diesel distillates that do not contain additives.
