Scope
This standard specifies the water quality requirements, sampling, and monitoring for the utilization of thermal energy from heat pumps in urban wastewater.
This standard applies to the utilization of thermal energy from heat pumps in urban wastewater, effluent from wastewater treatment plants, and recycled water, where domestic wastewater is the main source of input.
When the proportion of industrial wastewater is relatively low, this standard can be implemented as a reference.
