Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fresh potatoes (referred to as potatoes), the basic requirements for product quality, product grades, packaging, labeling, and requirements for the circulation process.
This standard applies to the operation and management of potato circulation. Seed potatoes, potatoes for processing, and colored potatoes are not applicable to this standard.
