YY/T 0480-2004 Diagnostic X-ray imaging equipment—Characteristic of general purpose and mammographic anti-scatter grids
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the definitions, measurement methods, and representation methods for characterizing the anti-scatter grid in X-ray imaging devices, with the aim of reducing the impact of scattered radiation primarily generated within the patient's body on X-ray images and improving the contrast of X-ray images. This standard only applies to linear grids. At present, only convergent grids are used in breast imaging technology, so this standard is limited to breast photography anti-scatter grids used in breast imaging. This standard does not apply to acceptance tests. This standard does not address the uniformity of the entire area of the grid. This standard applies to demonstrating the characteristics of anti-scatter grids under test conditions. Generally, these test conditions cannot be obtained at the user's site.
