Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for colored polyester tow yarns.
This standard applies to colored polyester tow yarns directly made from colored masterbatch and polyester (PET) chips, with a linear density of 1.50 dtex to 6.67 dtex, a round cross-section, and an average length of less than or equal to 110 mm. Other types can be used for reference.
