Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates for high-purity germanium dioxide. This standard applies to high-purity germanium dioxide produced from high-purity germanium tetrachloride by hydrolysis, washing, and drying, and is mainly used for making germanium reduction ingots, organic germanium, catalysts, germanium alkane, bismuth germanate (BGO), and other germanium products.
