Scope

This document establishes the system architecture of the Beidou satellite positioning vehicle information service system and provides a functional description. This document is applicable to the design, construction, and application of information processing systems that use Beidou satellite positioning technology, public mobile communication networks, or dedicated mobile communication networks, and have vehicle information service centers. For information processing systems that use other positioning technologies, other communication networks, and have vehicle information service centers, this document can be used for reference in their design, construction, and application.
