Scope
本文件规定了一般工业应用的发光二极管（LED）的术语、基本额定值和特性、测试方法和质量评定，涉及信号器、控制器、传感器等。本文件不包括照明用LED。LED分为以下五种类型：a)LED器件；b)LED平面发光器件；c)LED数字显示和字母数字显示；d)显示用点阵LED；e)红外发射二极管（IR LED）；f)紫外发射二极管（UV LED）。本文件包括带有散热器或具有同等散热器功能的LED。
