Scope

This section specifies the test method for determining the hydrolysis stability of plastic films subjected to the simultaneous effects of water immersion and temperature. This test method is used to determine the irreversible changes in mechanical and electrical properties. This section is applicable to electrical insulating plastic films with a thickness ≤250μm specified in the GB/T12802 series of standards, as well as other types of plastic films.
