Scope

This standard specifies the method of detecting welds in metal composite materials using eddy current video integration technology, including the principle, personnel requirements, detection equipment, detection steps, result evaluation, and detection reports. This standard is applicable to the detection of butt welds between metal composite products formed by welding, explosion, rolling, and other forming techniques on the interface of two or more block metal materials. This standard is not applicable to the detection of the aforementioned metal material composite interfaces. This standard is not applicable to the detection of welds in metal-based composite materials.
