Scope

This part of GB/T 28712 specifies the basic parameters such as the type, nominal pressure, nominal diameter, and calculated heat exchange area of floating head heat exchangers (hereinafter referred to as "heat exchangers") and floating head condensers (hereinafter referred to as "condensers").
This part applies to internal flow heat exchangers with a nominal diameter not exceeding 1,900 mm and a nominal pressure not exceeding 6.4 MPa.
This part applies to external flow heat exchangers with a nominal diameter not exceeding 1,000 mm and a nominal pressure not exceeding 4.0 MPa.
This part applies to condensers with a nominal diameter not exceeding 1,800 mm and a nominal pressure not exceeding 4.0 MPa.
