Scope

This part of GB/T 28712 specifies the basic parameters such as the type, nominal pressure, nominal diameter, and calculated heat exchange area of non-removable and removable spiral plate heat exchangers.
This part is applicable to non-removable spiral plate heat exchangers with a nominal pressure of no more than 2.5 MPa, a nominal diameter of no more than 2,000 mm, and a nominal heat exchange area of no more than 200 m2.
This part is applicable to removable spiral plate heat exchangers with a nominal pressure of no more than 1.0 MPa, a nominal diameter of no more than 1,200 mm, and a nominal heat exchange area of no more than 90 m2.
