Scope
This part of GB/T 28712 specifies the basic parameters such as the type, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, heat exchange tube specifications, calculation of heat exchange area, and support plate spacing of vertical heat-siphon reboilers (hereinafter referred to as "reboilers").
This part is applicable to carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless acid-resistant steel, aluminum, copper, and titanium reboilers used in the petroleum and chemical industries, as well as similar reboilers used in other industrial sectors.
