本文件规定了再生塑料的术语和定义、分类和命名、要求、试验方法、可追溯性文件。
本文件适用于以废弃的热塑性塑料为原料，经筛选、分类、清洗、熔融挤出造粒(包含拉条、热切和/或水切等造粒工艺)等工艺制成的再生塑料颗粒，本文件还适用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片。
本文件不适用于来自医疗废物、农药包装等危险废物和放射性废物的再生塑料。
