本文件适用于以废弃的聚碳酸酯塑料为原料，经筛选、分类、清洗、熔融挤出造粒等工艺制成的聚碳酸酯再生塑料颗粒，该聚碳酸酯再生塑料的基体为GB/T 35513.1规定的含碳酸和芳香族二酚化合物的热塑性聚酯，聚酯可以是均聚物、共聚物或二者的混合物。
本文件不适用于来自医疗废物、农药包装等危险废物和放射性废物的聚碳酸酯再生塑料。
本文件不适用于聚碳酸酯和其他树脂材料的混合再生塑料。
