本文件规定了电气火灾痕迹物证技术鉴定方法当中俄歇分析法的原理、设备、器材与试剂、检材、方法步骤和成分特征。本文件适用于在火灾调查时，对火灾现场中提取的铜导线短路熔痕截面上孔洞内表面采用俄歇电子能谱仪进行成分分析，以此鉴定铜导线短路熔痕是一次短路熔痕还是二次短路熔痕。
