Scope

This standard specifies the immunoaffinity liquid chromatography method for the detection of abamectin class drug residues in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of abamectin, ivermectin, doramectin, and eprinomectin residues in bovine liver and bovine muscle tissue samples. The detection limit of the method specified in this standard for abamectin, ivermectin, doramectin, and eprinomectin is 1 μg/kg.
