Scope

This standard is applicable to laboratories with the following objectives: a) establishing an integrity management system to eliminate or reduce the associated risks of trust-breaking in laboratory operations; b) implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the integrity management system; c) demonstrating compliance with the integrity management system standards through the following methods, including: —— conducting self-evaluations and making self-declarations, seeking confirmation of compliance from relevant parties; —— seeking external confirmation of their self-declarations; —— undergoing evaluation and audits of their integrity management systems by external organizations.
