GB 29139-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of diammonium phosphate
GB 29139-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of diammonium phosphate
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (referred to as "energy consumption") limit of each unit product of solid diammonium phosphate fertilizer production.
This standard applies to enterprises that use sulfuric acid, phosphate rock, and ammonia as raw materials to produce phosphoric acid using the dihydrate method, the semi-hydrate method, or the semi-hydrate-dihydrate method, as well as those that produce diammonium phosphate using the traditional method or the slurry method, for the calculation, control, and assessment of energy consumption, and for the energy consumption control of new projects.
This standard does not apply to diammonium phosphate produced using purchased commercial phosphoric acid; nor does it apply to diammonium phosphate produced using monoammonium phosphate as a raw material.
