Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, user manuals, and packaging, transportation, and storage for non-stick pans made of aluminum and aluminum alloys (hereinafter referred to as non-stick pans). This standard applies to household food cooking utensils made of aluminum and aluminum alloys (including composite materials with aluminum or aluminum alloy inner surfaces) that are treated with non-stick coatings on surfaces that come into contact with food. These include frying pans, steaming pans, rice cookers, etc. This standard does not apply to baking utensils.
