Scope

This part of GB/T 32095 specifies the terms and definitions, test methods, and test evaluation requirements for the non-stick and wear resistance of the non-stick surfaces of household food metal cooking utensils (hereinafter referred to as cooking utensils).
This part is applicable to household food cooking utensils with a metal base and non-stick coatings on the surfaces that come into contact with food. These include frying and stir-frying utensils, steaming and boiling utensils, rice cookers, and baking utensils, etc.
