Scope

In order to ensure the quality of engineering survey, safeguard the safety of projects, people, property and the public, protect the ecological environment, and meet the basic needs of engineering supervision and management, these regulations are formulated. Engineering survey must comply with these regulations. Engineering survey shall be planned and implemented in accordance with the requirements of different stages of project construction, and the survey results shall accurately reflect the engineering geological conditions, identify adverse geological effects, and provide survey reports with authentic data, complete structures, reasonable evaluations, reliable conclusions, and feasible suggestions. Whether the technical methods and measures adopted in the construction of the project comply with the requirements of these regulations shall be determined by the relevant responsible entities. Among them, innovative technical methods and measures shall be demonstrated and comply with the relevant performance requirements of these regulations.
