Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products, recycling requirements, information management, and safety and environmental protection requirements.
This document applies to the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products included in the "Catalogue of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products for Treatment", and the recycling of other waste electrical and electronic products shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
This document does not apply to waste electrical and electronic products with hazardous characteristics that are included in the "National Hazardous Waste List".
