GB/T 26548.10-2021 Hand-held portable power tools—Test methods for evaluation of vibration emission—Part 10:Percussive drills,hammers and breakers
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the test method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration radiation of impact machines with or without rotating function at the handle part of portable power-driven impact machines. The products involved include portable rock drills, small borehole drills, rotary hammers, crushers (such as road surface crushers, concrete crushers or road crushers), riveting machines, air pickaxes, pickaxes or similar tools. It defines the type test procedure for determining the vibration magnitude at the handle grip part when operating a machine equipped with an insert tool in the type test state. The measured results are used to compare the vibration quantity of machines of the same type but different models.
This document is applicable to hand-held machines driven by compressed air or other means, used for drilling in hard materials such as rock and concrete (see Chapter 5); it is also applicable to crushers for downward crushing operations on hard materials (concrete, rock, pavements, asphalt pavements, etc.) and hammer tools for riveting and chipping operations in any direction.
This document is not applicable to impact drills with pure impact mechanisms, and air-leg rock drills where the thrust is provided by additional devices rather than by hand.
Note: To avoid confusion between "power tools" and "insert tools", this document uses "machines" throughout to replace "power tools".
