Scope

This document defines the performance categories of the cover layers of general-purpose conveyor belts with fabric cores or metal strip cores, and stipulates the performance requirements of each category of cover layers and the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to general-purpose conveyor belts with fabric cores or metal strip cores, and does not apply to light conveyor belts specified in GB/T 39825.
Note: There is no regular relationship between the test results and the performance of the conveyor belts in use.
