Scope
1.1 General Provisions
This document is used for ACSI communication in power automation. ACSI provides the following abstract communication service interfaces.
a) The abstract interface is used to describe the communication between the client and the remote server, which is used for:
— Real-time data access and acquisition;
— Device control;
— Event reporting and logging;
— Setting group control;
— Self-description of devices (device data dictionary);
— Data typing and discovery of data types;
— File transfer.
b) The abstract interface is used for rapid and reliable event distribution (publisher/subscriber) and sampling value transmission (publisher/subscriber) within the system between applications in a device and multiple remote applications in other devices.
