Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents and order forms for aluminum zinc oxide targets (hereinafter referred to as "AZO targets").
This document is applicable to aluminum zinc oxide targets produced by sintering ZnO and Al2O3 powders at atmospheric pressure, which are used for coating thin-film solar cells and energy-saving glass in building applications.
