Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, operating conditions and working pressure difference, valve body structure and dimensions, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, cleaning and handling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of manual flow adjustment valves for heating water systems and air conditioning water systems.
This standard applies to manual flow adjustment valves for heating (hereinafter referred to as "adjustment valves") with a design pressure of less than or equal to 2.5 MPa and a design temperature of the hot water medium of less than or equal to 200 ℃, and a nominal diameter of 15 mm to 600 mm.
