GB/T 44577-2024 Electric dishwashers for commercial use—Test methods for measuring the performance

Scope

This document specifies the main performance characteristics of commercial electric dishwashers and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to under-counter single-basin and hinged single-basin electric heated dishwashers that can be manually loaded for cleaning plates, bowls, glassware, cutlery, and similar items.
Such appliances are used in commercial kitchens such as restaurants, canteens, and hospitals, as well as in stores such as bakeries and butcher shops.
This document is not applicable to commercial dishwashers with transport systems (chain plate or gear-driven dishwashers) and dish washing machines.
This document is not applicable to under-counter water-changing dishwashers.
This document is not applicable to appliances designed specifically for industrial use.
These characteristics are tested by cleaning plates.
This document does not address safety and minimum performance requirements.
