本文件规定了室内聚氯乙烯（PVC）泡沫垫的分类、理化性能、试验方法及检验规则。本文件适用于以机织布、非织造布等为基材，以聚氯乙烯糊状树脂加入增塑剂等助剂为涂覆料，在底面基材上通过涂刮、整形、塑化发泡、后加工等工艺制成的泡沫垫，不发泡的产品亦可参照执行。
