本文件规定了使用安装在电子探针（EPMA）或扫描电镜（SEM）上的能谱仪（EDS）或波谱仪（WDS）分析粉末中的颗粒时的试样制备方法。根据分析目的和颗粒尺寸，对粉末颗粒试样的制备方法进行了分类。
本文件适用于粒径范围在100 nm~100 μm的无机物颗粒。
