Scope

This standard specifies the symbols and abbreviations, raw materials, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") and fittings made from polypropylene (PP) resin as the main raw material for wastewater and sewage discharge in buildings.
This standard applies to gravity discharge and buried pipes in buildings. Under the condition of considering the chemical resistance and heat resistance of the materials, it can also be used for industrial drainage pipes.
The fluid temperature range specified in this standard for pipes is 0℃ to 65℃, and the instantaneous drainage temperature shall not exceed 95℃.
