Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for medium-strength draw-textured polyester filament. This standard applies to medium-strength draw-textured polyester filament with a linear density of 100 dtex to 780 dtex and a single filament linear density of 2.5 dtex to 6.0 dtex, featuring a shiny, round cross-section. Other types of medium-strength draw-textured polyester filament may be used as a reference for application.
