Scope

This standard includes two measurement accuracy levels: Level 1 is suitable for higher-precision tests, and Level 2 is suitable for lower-precision tests. The two measurement accuracy levels include different tolerance coefficients, allowable fluctuation values, and measurement uncertainty values. This standard is only applicable to water turbine pumps used as water-lifting tools. Other types of water turbine pumps can be implemented as a reference.
