This document specifies the evaluation method for the energy-saving effect of shift reminder devices for passenger cars.
This document is applicable to M1 class vehicles with a maximum design total mass of not more than 3,500 kg that are equipped with shift reminder devices.
This document is applicable to vehicles that can run on gasoline or diesel, but it is not applicable to hybrid electric vehicles.
