Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation methods and indicators for the fuel consumption of passenger car models and the average fuel consumption of enterprises.
This standard applies to M1 class vehicles that can run on gasoline or diesel fuel and have a maximum design total mass of not more than 3,500 kg.
This standard does not apply to vehicles that only run on gas fuel or alcohol-ether fuels.
