Scope
This document stipulates the emission control requirements, monitoring requirements, and implementation and supervision for automobile repair enterprises.
This document applies to the management of air pollutant emissions for existing automobile repair enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion environmental protection acceptance, and issuance of pollution discharge permits for new, modified, and expanded projects, and the management of air pollutant emissions after their commissioning. Among them, automobile repair enterprises refer to those that meet the requirements of GB/T 16739.1 or GB/T 16739.2 and include the painting process, excluding enterprises engaged in the repair of dangerous goods transport vehicles such as oil tankers and chemical transport vehicles.
This document does not apply to the emission of foul (odor) pollutants by automobile repair enterprises, which shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding national or local pollutant emission standards.
